Duke sells group features to admins for Telegram Stars. Stars buy access, not points, tokens, or anything with cash value. BUZZ and XP are recognition only and can't be bought, sold, or withdrawn. Refunds within 48 hours through /paysupport. Duke may remove a group that breaks Telegram's rules; Stars already used aren't refunded in that case.
