Duke stores group settings, admin Telegram IDs, the questions and approved answers you give him, counts of moderation actions, and Star purchase records.

He never stores the text of messages he deletes. He never stores member names or messages beyond the question text a member asked him directly, which admins can see in /unanswered.

Optional admin email is used only for receipts and the weekly digest and only after you confirm it.
